AudioCaseFiles (ACF)

AudioCaseFiles is home to the largest collection of downloadable audio judicial opinions. Our library contains over 2,000 of the commonly assigned opinions from the first year of law school. In addition to the first year core courses, we also offer opinions from popular upper level electives, such as Corporations and Intellectual Property. Each opinion is professionally recorded into MP3 format, so you can either listen to it online or download it to your computer or MP3 device.

Brief Fact Summary and Rule of Law

All AudioCaseFiles opinions also contain text of a brief fact summary and a rule of law. After reading and listening to the case, use these to build your outlines and to supplement your class notes.

Note-taking

Like annotating your assigned opinions as you read? You can annotate directly on our webpage with our note-taking feature. As you read the opinions simply click on the paragraph where you want to make notes and a box appears to the right. Enter in your notes and click the "Save" button. You can then print the opinion with your notes for class or access your notes later from the "My Notes" link when logged in.
